

The end goal is to provide a well-polished version of Half-Life Decay for people to play on PC, and if a big chunk of the maps were original levels, then it'd stop being Decay. While I'm tweaking and re-balancing some enemy placements, I feel like outright adding new enemies would be straying too far from Decay.Ģ: When the project first started I actually wanted to make the game have seamless loading screens, akin to the other Half-Life games, but I found that the amount of additional maps it would take to pull this off wouldn't only make the project take significantly longer to develop, but it would also detract from the goal of the project.
